A plot of undeveloped land next to Conesus Lake was acquired by a local client who intends to open an event center and cafe that serves the local community. The client has requested the design include an event hall suitable for 50-60 people with a catering kitchen and attached cafe.
The project site is a plot of undeveloped land directly adjacent to Conesus Lake and green space. Catering services and food trucks will be able to access the back of the building via a parking loop.
Community spaces provide vital opportunities for connection. Inspired by classical forms and the simplicity of natural materials, the Lakeville Event Center and Cafe will provide a much needed venue for members of the community to gather and celebrate special events.
